• If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and your check-in date is at least 14 days away, you'll receive a full 100% refund.
• For cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in, we offer a 50% refund.
• Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of your check-in date.

• Maintain a peaceful environment by refraining from playing loud music at any time.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. If you need to modify your reservation to accommodate additional guests, please inform us in advance.
• Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed. Please note that exterior video surveillance may be used to monitor the property.
• Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the property. Smoking is only allowed outside the home.
• Please do not rearrange the furniture.
• If you plan to bring pets, there is an additional charge of 4€ per day, up to a maximum of 75€ per month.
• Any late check-outs will incur an additional charge of $40 per hour.
• Lastly, we hope you enjoy your stay and consider returning in the future!

Please note that guests are responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. Please report any property damage, as unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
