The house consists of a large living room, a spacious terrace for the best outdoor dining, a dining area with table for 8, kitchen complete with every utensil, a raised study that can be converted into a 4th bedroom, 2 bedrooms with large double beds and 1 twin room with 2 single beds, and is pet-friendly
Each room has its own private “en-suite” bathroom with everything you need (towels, bubble bath, hair dryer, etc.)

- Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed. Please note that exterior video surveillance may be used to monitor the property.
- Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the property. Smoking is only allowed outside the home.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture.
- If you plan to bring pets, there is an additional charge of 4€ per day, up to a maximum of 75€ per month.
- Any late check-outs will incur an additional charge of $40 per hour.
