The Space
Both of your suites offer a comfortable double bed and are connected by a large, newly renovated bathroom. In both the rooms and the bathroom you will have all the essentials (2 pillows for each guest, high-quality sheets, towels, washing products, hair dryer…)
You will also enjoy a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, tables, art objects, children’s games, and a kitchenette (kitchenette)
Amenities include a gym, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, free parking and garage, TV with Netflix, Disney+, AmazonPrime, laundry service (extra), and many more
Guest access
Access to the pool and tennis court is free, there are several lounge chairs, umbrellas, and there is also a kiosk bar with a full kitchen and a play area for children of all ages
At an extra cost you can have a barbeque (gas or wood-fired) and/or a hot tub

The Host will be available to help you with all your needs and advise you on the best activities and how best to visit the area.

- Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of your check-in date.
- Maintain a peaceful environment by refraining from playing loud music at any time.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. If you need to modify your reservation to accommodate additional guests, please inform us in advance.
- Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed. Please note that exterior video surveillance may be used to monitor the property.
- Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the property. Smoking is only allowed outside the home.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture.
- If you plan to bring pets, there is an additional charge of 4€ per day, up to a maximum of 75€ per month.
- Any late check-outs will incur an additional charge of $40 per hour.

Please note that guests are responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. Please report any property damage, as unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
